Streamlined Booking for Customers

No Passwords Required
Remembering passwords is hard, especially if you don't come back to the site often. Rather than request users create a username and password, we simply identify them by their mobile phone. It's easy to set up a fake email, but much harder to set up a fake mobile phone number. Identifying customers by their mobile phone means they don't have to remember if they used their work or personal email address. If they change jobs, they don't lose access to resetting their password for an old work email.  The end result is all the convenience of booking reservations without a password for customers with the security of knowing you have the right mobile phone number if you need to talk or text a customer.  By verifying we have the correct mobile phone, we can send them reservation confirmation to their SMS and email.
