As a reservation system alternative to OpenTable, we built strong relationships with our restaurant clients over the years. When Covid hit, our clients had to stop accepting reservations and pivot quickly to online orders. We have always focused on helping restaurants combat the fees associated with restaurant tech sites that tend to follow the same business model. They build a tool, convince restaurants to put it on their website for free, use the restaurants' websites to build a community of users, and then sell those users to other restaurants at high fees. The end result is a slow siphoning of customer loyalty from the restaurant to the tech site with a slow increase of fees over time.

We do not charge restaurants any fees. We charge customers a $1 - $2 order fee and encourage restaurants to offer discounts to customers to order directly from their website because it builds a stronger relationship between the restaurant and the customer.  Our commission-free online ordering solution features a lot of the same features you get from big brand delivery companies without the big commissions. Customers pay the order fee and our merchant partner Stripe charges restaurants a flat 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction to process the credit card. That means restaurants keep more of their online ordering income and customers get better deals ordering directly from the restaurant. These are the steps to adding commission-free online ordering to your website:

  1. Request a Demo here. We’ll answer all your questions and show you around the interface to see if it’s a good fit. If so, we’ll create your account using info from your website and do all the heavy lifting.
  2. Sign up for a Stripe merchant account here. Many restaurant services use Stripe so you may already have an account. Stripe charges a flat rate of 2.9% + 30 cents per transaction. They have no set up fees, monthly fees or hidden fees. Plus, it’s really easy to set up an account.
  3. Send us your menu. We’ll have our staff load your first menu to reduce the time it takes you to get started. Once we build your menu, we’ll send you a link to review the content. Afterwards you can adjust your menus easily by adding/editing/deleting menu categories like appetizers and entrees as well as meals inside each category.
  4. We'll set up all Notification Options and do a test order to verify they are all working properly and that the money goes into your Stripe account. We also use that process to show you how to give a refund when necessary.
  5. Once everything is configured, simply add a button to your website for online order to point at your ordering page.
  6. We recommend you also update your Google Profile add our ordering system there and ensure your menu link is pointed at your website or our online ordering.
