Table Management The room on one screen.
Draw your floor plan once and your host stand runs off it every night. You can see what every table is doing, seat walk-ins from the waitlist, and hold each table for the turn time you set. Table management is a pro package feature.
You draw the room once, and the host stand runs off it every night.
Key Features
The floor plan does two jobs at once. It shows what every table is doing while service is running, and it is the book your host works from as guests come through the door.
Dynamic Floor Plans
Create and modify your restaurant's layout with our drag-and-drop floor plan editor. Update table configurations in real time.
Turn Time Tracking
Set a turn time for each party size and watch how long each table has been seated, with the table color changing as service runs.
Party Management
Combine tables into a group for a large party, so two four-tops seat a party of eight.
Table Sheet Inventory
View your entire day of reservations and seating arrangements from a birds-eye view with our Table Sheet Inventory feature.
Turn times are set per party size, anywhere from 30 minutes to two and a half hours, and every table takes its color from what it is doing: green while it is open, orange once the host marks it available soon, red while it is seated.
The waitlist texts your walk-ins.
Your host adds a walk-in with a name, party size and phone number. The guest gets a text with their place in line and a link to check it. When the table is ready, they get another text. There are no pagers to hand out and nobody stuck waiting in the doorway.
- First text: “Hi Jordan, you're #3 on the waitlist at Your Restaurant. Est. wait: 25 min.”
- The link opens a status page showing their place in line and the estimated wait, so they can wander without losing their spot.
- When you seat them: “your table at Your Restaurant is ready!” A guest who gives up can remove themselves from the same page.
- The wait time you quote is based on what parties that size waited over the last two weeks.
Each entry keeps the party's seating preference (Outdoor, Booth, Bar, High Chair, Wheelchair). On the Plus plan the waitlist screen updates itself as parties are added, texted and seated.
