Easy Tool to Improve Restaurant Star Ratings

88 Restaurant's Ratings Booster feature is designed to increase your restaurant star ratings on the primary review platforms Google, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Facebook.  When enabled, we send every customer that completes a reservation a follow up SMS asking to rank their experience with 1 to 5 stars. If they give you 1-4 starts, we encourage to offer  internal feedback to management. If they give 5 stars, we encourage them to write a review on any or all of the 4 primary review sites. This allows you to steer 5 star ratings to the review sites where you need the most improvement. And gives customers that had a less than perfect experience a place to voice their concerns that is not public.
